What kind of person works here. I found a family of kittens abandoned and took them here and the lady who attended me told me in a very arrogant way that she couldn't do anything but leave them where I found them. At least it would have given me options. I felt very sad for the kittens.

Went and picked up our new addition to the family.They were very nice. They were on top of everything. I would recommend everyone to go visit them. As you can see she fit in rather well n no worries in the world. We will probably be back for another rescue very soon thanks ladies !!!!!

Sometimes they have birds, reptiles, or various more exotic small mammals. You should call to inquire.
Not sure they do it there but there is a place in Stephen city that will neuter and give first shots, rabies and distemper for $75.
I have not seen any advertising for it..you can call and see..tgey are open today
They actually dont do the spay or neutering at the shelter, when you adopt an animal before they're fixed you pay $100 but get $70 back once the animal is fixed but you have to show proof of the spay or neuter. As far as shots go I'm not sure.
Sometimes the shelter has freebies from pet food to water bowls and diapers located in their front office. Also, you can go to a pet store, grocery store, and shops like Target that will carry pet food and supplies.
They told my daughter a month ago when we inquired that you have to be 18
