Fort Smith Riverfront Trail

I don't know who the authority is on this trail. It's about to get too trashy (homeless) for me. I just rode up to the 5mile marker...most areas are clean. There is a stretch that has lighting...so I assume the city encourages night walking and riding. I recommend not walking or riding alone as I have never in 2 yrs seen this area patrolled.

Lovely views for a walk/run 😃 there's also a skate park and jungle Jim type area. Bathrooms were closed, I think, due to COVID

Always peaceful and they have made a lot of new additions to the trail. Well lit at night time. All around great trail
