Poor service! Can't understand anyone's English and when you get home and the order is wrong 🙃 definitely will not be back....and you can't reach them by phone it goes to voice mail I'm sure they don't want to hear the truth. What a waste of time and money 6-13 -22.

It seems the place and service has gone downhill. The drive thru speaker is always broken so you have to order from the window. The last few times I've gone, it took so long (longer than 10 minutes) waiting in the drive thru line that I just left. Yesterday, I toughed it out and it took almost 30 minutes from waiting in the drive thru line, to ordering, to receiving. The chicken still comes out crisp and greasy, but the actual chicken flavor tastes more bland than what I recall. If you're looking for cheaper fried chicken, this is the place but your money is probably better spent at KFC, Popeyes, or even Wal-Mart.

Drove an hour to this location and experience was great. Was greeted with smiling faces, the three young ladies working there tonight were very kind and helpful. Food was delicious as expected. Great staff and great food make the experience very well worth the drive. Best biscuits!!
