I've been living here for a year and it's a nice property. The maintenance team is very friendly and efficient whenever I submit a work order for repairs. It's nice to have a portal to submit requests. It's also a very convenient location. I live in a one bedroom and the kitchen offers a lot of counter space!

I wish I had negative rating to give!. Pathetic Experience after moving to Jefferson Arbor at Broadlands. We moved a month ago and had flooded Mater bedroom on the first day. After multiple follow-ups the issue was fixed in 15 days. In the next storm the children bedroom was flooded .We had to move stuff from the children bedroom to living in the middle of the night. This is issues is not fixed so far even after repeated follow-up. We are not getting any positive response from the leasing office I do not want to recommend this community to anyone.

Justin and Don are very helpful with assiting individuals with the move-in process. The apartments are nestled in a great neighborhood and have spacious bedrooms with great storage space. The decks are long and provide a wonderful sitting area outside. Restaurants, Starbucks a gym and an ice-cream shop are within walking distance. The maintenance team, Pedro and William are professional and have fixed the minor repairs quikly and efficiently. Monthly events are emailed, and there is something for all ages to participate in.

I have lived here for almost 4 years. The gym, business center, pool, and dog park are more than adequate. I have never had an issue with service/response when I’ve needed maintenance. I have simply submitted an electronic request and they have taken care of it. There is plenty of parking and garages are available for additional $$. The upkeep on the landscaping is better than most rental properties. As for the complaints of dog droppings, management has made several attempts to get residents to comply with the rules. Going so far as to add additional doggy stations. This is not their fault, it is the responsibility of the dog owner/walker. I have never had an issue feeling safe and would (and have) recommended these apartments to others. Snow/ice is removed promptly and ice melt/sand is applied when bad weather is in the forecast.
