BLVD Loudoun Station is a wonderful community and apartment complex! The maintenance staff do an outstanding job at maintaining the community's appeal and managing this large complex. The leasing office staff is very proactive in getting to know the residents by hosting several family events at the complex and at neighborhood restaurants. And the leasing office staff is always pleasant and professional and take the time to address any concerns of the residence. I have made BLVD Loudoun Station my home for the past 10 years and I have seen this development grow in a wonderful way. If you decide to make this community your home, I'm sure you will not regret it!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Don't move here, just don't. Issues we've had since moving here 6 weeks ago -Terrible noise from poorly piped drainage pipes keeping me up at night -Miscommunication as to where our unit actually would be located (the leasing agent is misleading, make sure you get a map and exact unit location before signing anything) -Endless construction noise! Be careful as they will slip a "construction addendum" to your lease paperwork... -Awful smells from the restaurants in the same building -Misleading statements were given about use of the "Lounge"-you can't really use it at all as only 2 guests are allowed, so you can't host anything in this room or reserve it (like other complexes allow); it is just for show and not useable for anything other than the cheap events they host their occasionally for residents -Lastly, units are very overpriced especially since the actual opening of the Metro still remains to be seen. If you are considering here vs. One Loudoun, definitely chose One Loudoun. The shops here are very limited and the BLVD/Comstock management is abysmal.

Clear focus by management on the “new” buildings, treat Blvd residents like second class. One thing management can’t quite handle is enforcing rules that can help people be more considerate by being cleanly or not being noisy, etc. but especially when said people are lazy a-holes. Lived there for a few years and people flagrantly went against management’s messages. The worst was the family that was too lazy to wait on the elevator so they had their children run down and press the call button at any time day or night. The running always sounded like the building was collapsing or what a herd of buffalo must have sounded like on the Great Plains… I’m not exaggerating. It was awful. Sleeping so I could get ready for another shift at work, guests over for dinner, didn’t matter we all suffered because of lazy parents. Also note, this isn’t some single person that doesn’t like children I have them, they just don’t act like wild animals. So, beware, if you are moving into D building and there is a Toyota Sequoia parked in the resident parking area, they may still live there.

Are they bothering you about this? We have a terrible neighbor who is harassing us.
Yes there are. I rent a 2 bed unit and one bathroom does have a standalone shower
$2,785 to $3,160. The BLVD Commons building doesn't have 3BR units but the BLVD Gramercy East building does.
