Hands down the best place to come to for repairs, cleaning & a 2nd home. Thank you to everyone for always make me feel at home & taking care of my coach. Joseph & Henry worked on my coach today & did a fantastic job. Everyone else who cleaned inside & out, Thank you so much & for Carl who took me in the company vehicle to get something to eat while the mechanics worked on my bus. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

We worked with Khaled Ismael from DC trails for 3 months and everyone loved him. His bus was the cleanest among all the other buses we have used in the past and trust me, this man loves his bus. He’s a character too, one of the funniest drivers we’ve had and he takes pride in working for this company. We hope to use this company again in the future and hopefully with Khaled. Definitely a 5 star experience

Not worth the money. The app doesn't work. They only have 3 buses. You will wait 40 minutes plus on another bus.

Our tour has 21 stops, The waiting time is between 30-40 minutes, depending on the traffic or street closures.
They never address complaints it’s always please try us again. What s horrible company
Yes, make sure you keep there number handy when getting off at stops, so you can call just in case the driver pass you up for pick up.
The first stop is at Lafayette Plaza. That's where you get on and give your tickets. Other stops include the Capitol, Smithsonians, near Washington Monument, Ford's Theater, etc. There is a map on the website.
To my knowledge, only start at L'Enfant. But call to see if possible to jump start anywhere. L'Enfant is the beginning and end, before they began again, over and over. Who knows, you may can jump on anywhere if you have your receipt downloaded on your phone to show you paid for the day.
9:00am
If the 48hr pass you purchased is the one with the free night tour then yes...your night tour has to be booked within those 48hrs. The night tour does need to be booked though while the daytime just needs your pass. Try Groupon, they usually have good deal 😊 You won't regret it. The evening tour is amazing! Also you can call them, they will answer all of your questions and book your tour.
No. The 21 stops are around Washington, DC
They do have a night tour. If you purchase a two day tour I believe it is included.
I bought tickets on Groupon. They were about half price.
no I do not think you can
At the Lincoln memorial stop
They are on the web site. And you can get a map on the bus you can get picked up at any stop and pay on the bus
Has anyone else notice they don’t respond to customers complaints maybe the consumer affairs department can address them
You can call and ask. We got a Groupon deal.
Uber or Lyft
Tours begin at 9 am to pm.
No. Only English. Surely there is in Spanish
It really depends on what you're looking for. The hop on hop off take you on a ride around the tourist hotspots. They are a nice way to get a brief description of each spot. Then if something really interests you, hop off and check it out further. When done, go back to the bus stop and get on the bus to go to the next one. Maybe stay on the bus for 1 full lap, hear about everything, then on lap 2 get off and start checking out your points of interest. Lots of different ways to do it.
Yes a map of all the stops is provided. Basically you can ride all day for one price and get on and off at any of the stops. They also provide a live guide to give you information of what you are seeing while on the route. If you have the time you can get there early to ride the entire route and then get off at the stop you feel is the best place to start that matches your interests.
Parking lot under ground at L'Enfant. Plaza Hotel. Near USPostal Service Building
The first stop is L'Enfant plaza, upper level, second and third stops is at the Capital circles, the fourth stopis in front of Air and Space museum...
We went to L'enfant first thing in the morning and they looked on our phone. Try to get S tr Stephen or Deon. You won't want to get off the bus!! I think Deon does the night tour. He is fun and amazing.
It covers the entire monument capitol and White House areas. You can pick and choose where you wnt to visit. The website explains the routes very well.
In my opinion, this tour is a great way to quickly see DC, and also get around to the sites you really want to see. If you spend two hours waiting for one bus, then you haven't used this tour correctly. A lot of the stops are very close together and easily walked between. With just minimal planning abd the use of their map, you can make this a great, affordable, efficient tour of DC. The tour guides are also great.
