My husband and I just moved from California.. we reached out maybe a month or less before moving out here. The staff have been truly amazing and very helpful. They went above and beyond helping us with our move. The apartment and community is lovely. I am so glad we chose Ashwood Valley apartments! Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

So I spent 3 hours to get to this apartment complex for an interview and I regret I went here. The lady that interviewed me interviewed me for 10 minutes. The whole time we were talking about her and that she’s getting the manager position. The last manager was leaving for whatever reason. Then they just hired someone for full time. This apartment complex is completely unorganized. She was also hiring a maintenance man. I see why people are quitting. I mean I had to sound interested which I wasn’t. This young curly hair lady was completely unprofessional, condescending the whole time she spoke nothing about the company but more about herself and her needs. Then she’s looking for someone to work only 3 days. I see why she was intimidated by me. I could’ve done her job better than her. I would think she would inform everyone about this information before wasting peoples time. No wonder the tenants are moving out 10 empty apartments is a lot.

We moved to CT from out of state and fell in love with Ashwood Valley immediately upon seeing it. As my SO said, “it’s more of a resort than an apartment.” We primarily worked with Jordan and Courtney during move-in and both were incredibly helpful throughout the process, kindly and patiently answering all of our questions. We have since called into the office for other questions/concerns and they have always been quick to assist us. We have not yet needed to call maintenance, but they are always present around the complex and keep it looking great. The interior of the apartment is light and spacious with great amenities (in unit washer/dryer, walk in closet, garbage disposal, balcony, etc.) and the exterior is beautiful, including a pool and walking path that winds throughout the courtyard. As an added bonus, the complex is very dog friendly! Which has been great for our two dogs. We have been lucky enough to meet some wonderful neighbors (with very cute dogs!) and most of the neighbors have been great in general. Ashwood Valley doesn’t feel like an apartment so much as a resort + home hybrid and we really feel so lucky to live here!
