As a new resident of the St. James Community I had contacted this Office to establish continued care for my dog. After several phone calls and emails, I thought that I would be able to order the tick medication for my pet. This is a direct quote from the email I received from this office: I do apologize for any misinformation …… The email informed me that a veterinarian would have to examine my pet in person before I could place an order for the tick medication. I was surprised!! After all the phone calls and emails. I do accept the apology for the misinformation and wasted time. Now that I know that a veterinarian must examine a dog in order to prescribe this particular tick medication, I will gladly comply. However, I should have been informed about this from the beginning.

I had an emergency with my Foxy yesterday morning, she woke up with her face so swollen. I had no idea what was going on and this office squeezed me in, my dog and I were treated with respect plus everyone was super understanding and nice. Dr Marsh took incredible care of my dog and helped figure out the issue of what was going on. I don’t think I’ll ever take my dog anywhere else but here. Extremely professional and caring staff!
