The place is fun, but not for what it costs $ 20.00 per person. More than an hour and a half in line to get in and 10 minutes inside the haunted house. It is very dark and has a lot of smoke, you can not appreciate the area or the actors well.

Use the directions on their website and Facebook page, not the directions Google maps sends you to. These guys were great, extremely accommodating for my 8 year old, turned down the scare factor, but would be scary as F if it was full on. If you have kids ask for low scare guides. Actors are amazing! Bobo the clown is the best! Best haunted house (with amazing vendors) I've seen in a long time! 10/10 would recommend!

You can roll them down if you wear a mask. If you don't want to wear one, you have to roll them up but you are allowed to keep it down a crack to hear the noises and scares.
This “haunted house” is disappointing at best. Mostly children walking around talking to you, unfurnished rooms, and too many people walking directly towards the exit. I will not return, a giant waste of my time and money.

I'm not sure why this is posted as a question, but if the venue charged less wouldn't that make the line even longer? Also the first time I went on a Saturday and had the same experience awaiting, so I left and went back on a Thursday, arriving early to get in line (as suggested on their website). I was out by 8:30. Tickets are for any day during the 2020 season, and they added Wednesday and Thursdays to this season to better handle crowds.
