Lived here for 4 years in a townhome -Office was very communicative -Maintenance comes same day if not the next. They work all day/night of a snow storm to clear the walkways. -Very spacious. Only had to live in a townhome because it's the only complex that allowed our giant dog breed. Reason for 3 star: -EVERYTIME it rains, our basement flooded, BAD. It ruined so much of our things and made the basement moldy and dirty. They had a company come in and inset a "draining system" that did nothing (they put the drain on the side of basement that didn't flood) -Parking. Don't get me started.... Only 1 car allowed per tenant, but people would park their two or even three cars, causing everyone else to park on the street. I've sent many emails with photos for proof like they asked, but they did nothing. I parked in the lot one time for two hours without a permit and got no warning notice and got towed, but cars that aren't allowed, park there for days and don't get towed or a warning. -ZERO amenenties for the price you pay. SO EXPENSIVE Not related to Faire Harbour: -Cops are in the area almost everyday because of apartments across the street (Eagle Point)

I want to thank Nancy and the rest of the Staff for all the assistance they given me in looking to make Fare Harbor Landing my new home. The 1st day I stopped in and l spoke with Nancy she has been so nice and we talked for a while about the complex as well as the process so I took an application. Thank You Nancy and Staff for the warm welcome to the area.

I am amazed by the maintenance crew to help clear snow. They always start early and I only have to clear my car off. Management is great but some of the tenants are loud and management can’t control that. Expect occasional noise BUT a great & safe living environment. The apartments are so big and up to date.

Before I moved here I was hesitant because of the reviews people have given, this place hasn’t given me a single issue. Honestly, I feel as if a lot of the bad reviews have nothing to do with the actual management or apartment building in general . For example, I read a review stating that people are drunk and loud at night. If you choose to move into an area that isn’t quiet, especially a place like New London you cant expect every human to tend to your needs, other people’s actions have nothing to do with the staff nor the complex itself. I personally have been here for just about a year, the maintenance team and office staff are absolutely amazing and do the best they can. Any issue I have had (especially when it comes to apartment maintenance) they responded and attended to the issue immediately, Nancy has always been a pleasure to speak with as well as the rest of the staff. Faire Harbour Staff, if you’re reading this, I would just like to thank you guys for being so understanding and attentive.
