It’s an fair working environment to work if you want to stay in shape but at times I recommend knowing your worker rights because they will take advantage of you especially them overworking you also they need to upgrade swipe in machines because it’s miscalculating our pay to all workers. We also as package handlers deserve better uniforms especially our shirts. We are putting in good work for the company as well we demand brown collard shirts with ups on them. We are well unionized.

Was expecting a package of tremendous sentimental value. Followed the tracking number where it is shown to have arrived at the Baltimore warehouse. Two days after expected delivery date I called and was told to file a claim. I did that and within less than 12 hours later it is declared lost. Very frustrating because I don't want reimbursement, I just want my package. Several calls, an email with no response, and much anxiety later there is still no resolution.

Hi, the latest drop off time for Air packages is 7:00 pm Monday to Friday.
They either knot or ring once then gone. They either leave between the door and screen or take it back to the warehouse for you to pick.
There is no number for that facility. You may have to go to the company's website for employment questions.

Hi, the hours of operation of our customer center is from Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
At here you can drop Amazon return packages to customer service, just make sure your return package is using UPS.
UPS has been in business for 90+ years and yes packages get stolen if you contact 1-800pickups and start a claim, and also contact the shipper as well

How come there’s no number directly to the this location only the customer care center 800 number and they can’t even transfer your call it’s like there’s no way to get in touch with this warehouse directly any one know a number to this place???
Tell him to call and try to be persistent because they always hiring all around the season so they might not have any openings but usually they schedule you a interview as soon as you pass the questionnaire
