I typically go to a “short hair-only” stylist but she was booked and I leave for Los Angeles soon. I was very happy that they were able to schedule me the day-of. The appointment started on time, the shop was spotless, and the student & instructor (with a shortcut herself) made sure to review the photos that I had sent ahead of time. I believe the instructor’s name was Ms. Betty? And she did a fair amount of allowing Aniyah (the student) to watch/learn and then perform. One product that we needed was “out-of-stock” so they did have to do some freestyling but my pixie cut (with some clippers work) still came out really well. They were happy to stay longer to fix any little hair (literally) that was out of place, so that I left satisfied. It really felt like a team effort, which was nice.

I have been here twice now for perms. They are friendly and do an excellent job. You have to have some patience. Some students move a little slower but, that is to be expected they are learning. I recommend this place.

The receptionist was really friendly...my student worker Aniyah shared with me her concerns and I shared back mines and we came to a happy medium and with the instructors Ms Charlene watchful eye and experience...I came out feeling and looking good...I will definitely come back!
