2021 Review: Covid hit and it went back to not so good. Don't bring your kids for a car ride and do Curbside pickup. Seemingly randomly you will experience waits over 30 minutes. No explanation why other cars that arrive well after you and are taken care of before you. No acknowledgement or warning of wait times. No one seems to care. 2018 Review: Things have gotten somewhat better with this store. They staffed up their online pickup area. Wait times are dramatically lower. 2016 Review: Good luck trying to find someone to help you with anything. Need to pick up an online order? Be prepared to wait around 20 minutes while they find someone for you who can actually get your order.

Oscar is the man: I found a great deal on tile and needed a hand. I found a guy in the appliance department and without thinking twice he helped. I asked him for scissors to cut a pallet of tile open so I could move them to my flatbed cart. Without me even asking, he took control and moved all 18 70 pound boxes for me. Not to mention, while he was doing this for me, I assume a supervisor of his walked by, called him by name, thanking him for doing a great job on building up a display. What a guy. Home Depot needs more of this. Thanks a lot my friend.

I ✔d on my Home Depot app. It's on the app, but NOT on store shelf. They have 3 Tilex products. U can use the 🏡 Depot app, click on products, put in cart to order & complete. The product(s) can be sent to store where you can pick up. Curb side delivery is available also
My advice is to call the store.
