I visited this location again and had a great experience per the normal. Our server, Tierra (sp), was exceptional. She was attentive and responded to every request. She gave honest feedback about menu items. I ordered the scallops and shrimp with mashed potatoes. It was good and cooked just as the menu stated. For the price, I think a few more shrimp and scallops were in order, but nonetheless a good meal. I love that Carrabba's has mashed potatoes from scratch.

Meh. Yes, they were sushi rolls. The shrimp tempura wasn't shrimp tempura; it was shrimp with a strange batter that was sort of like fried pancake batter. Weird. Flavorless. The spicy tuna wasn't. And the tuna was warm, which might explain my issue later that night. Eel cucumber had cucumber, not sure about the eel. Some of the most bland sushi I have ever tasted. (I honestly prefer the sushi at Weis supermarket.) There was a sort of "metallic" taste to the sushi, perhaps it was old fish or something about the rice. Later that night I was sick as my body rejected my lunch...let's just say I had a good bit of seated reading time that evening. For my visit, I stopped in for lunch. They seemed genuinely surprised. I was the only dine-in customer in the entire place. They had a number of orders called in and picked up, so they do have some locals who like it. The staff was pleasant. But the atmosphere was a little bizarre. Having five people working at the next table who were filling sauce containers and folding napkins did not add to the ambiance. I need some good sushi to wash this experience out of my dining memory. I will never visit again, but will recommend to my sworn enemies.

Their food is always extremely tasty -addictive even! They have huge portions so you can share. I got the chicken hibachi entrée with fried rice this time.
