This is our favorite hotel in Greensboro! Accommodations are excellent the staff is always on point. I dint think there is anything I don't like about this place. If you are passing through it is a must stay.

I usually have a good experience when I am at this hotel but this year can someone tell me how each ice machine on evey floor I went to was out of ice??? All I wanted was ice and no machine was working. Have you ever ordered ice from room service before? That just doesn't sound right, they said it was going to be fixed, but NOPE they were not...please do better.

3rd visit to the Koury Convention Center for our annual CTE Conference. Huge facility, large ballroom for meetings. Wi-fi signal is weak unless you are staying @ hotel. Lots of parking.

The hotel and convention center are the same building. It is great for schools to stay at. We have attended high school student conventions there for 18 years and it is the easiest to work with. We attend national conventions every year and they are not as accommodating as the Koury Center/Sheraton.
The Towne Centre Mall is across the parking lot with several nice restaurants in and ouside of the mall. There is also a theater within walking distance. The mall also has a gaming center with bowling and other activites.
