There staff is rude, you talk to several different people. Send your information and they can't find it. The only place it took me 1 month to get all paperwork in and they claim I'm still missing stuff. There HR Department need NEW STAFF

Good luck getting paid by this company. Horrible to work for. I’ve been waiting to get paid for over a month and had to change jobs. Forget about anyone helping you on the phone. I was just transferred over and over. Calling the labor board tomorrow. So if you want to work for free this is the job for you!

im being harassed by this company i dont work for them but i get text messages all day. ive emailed the company ive called and i was told i would not receive anymore well thats a lie. they ask if i want cases all over. these people do not do a background check or make sure their people are qualified for the job. nobody should use them to care for their loved ones seeing that they find random numbers asking if people want work.

We do not, the CDPAP program allows caregiver to work even they are not certified. however, the agency requires certain medical records to ensure the wellbeing of the patient and the aide.
