This was my first ever visit to an urgent care facility, and it was a very positive experience. A short wait time, and very pleasant, professional, thorough staff. I will most certainly consider urgent care (vs. a visit to my primary care physician or the emergency room) should a need arise in the future.

Went there two days ago with a really bad cough. While I was seen quickly, nothing was done to help me. I told them how miserable I was and it was clear to hear just how sick I really am. The doctor never looked inside my mouth to see the obvious inflammation from the post nasal drip another doctor had seen the next day. This place charged me $50 to tell me it could’ve been allergies or a cold and to just take DayQuil. When I called them yesterday to tell them I was diagnosed with an UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION they justified my $50 as being payment for a rapid COVID test, stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. I am now on THREE different types of medication to help me get over my ‘allergies’. Save your money and health and go to an actual doctor who knows what they’re talking about.

We came here because PM Pedistrics didn’t have a x-ray technician on staff that day. However, I’m glad (well as glad as one can be to go to an urgent care facility) we had to go here instead. Robert the X Ray Tech is the best! My daughter even said “the world needs more people like him.” He was very kind and even delivered the report to me in my car. It was so thoughtful of him to do this so I didn’t have to take all my kids out. You can tell he really enjoys his job and he does great at it. I also saw him in the past at this same City MD location and he was extremely professional yet warm and kind then too. Everyone else in the office was fine and did their job well- Robert just really stood out. Thanks Robert! If we need an XRay and can’t get in to the doctor we will come back to City Md.
