Sometimes the store shelves is messy which makes it difficult to find items. Great place to find bargain prices. However, you need to be careful and check the dates on food items as it is close to expiration. Coupon is not loaded on the rewards card so make sure to print your coupons because there is hardly any internet service in the store to pull it up on your phone. Cashier cannot look up coupons for you. They should really implement the ability to load coupons on the rewards card like many other stores do.

They list online in stock, but when you go to store they don't have it. Always the "i guess no one updated our stock" smh.

When I went into Big Lots everything looked nicely stocked. All the aisles were so organized and neat. I had a great shopping experience!!!

I work near this store, so I visit here often. They have a large selection of Christmas items, more than I've seen in any store this year. Twice I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager. He is friendly, accommodating and never makes you feel as if you are bothering him. This morning he let me buy the floor model of an inflatable Christmas lawn decoration (as there were no others left) and even gave me an additional discount on it! Amazing customer service by both staff and management that should be acknowledged.
