Great location for shopping and food. Great amenities. Ample parking free of charge. Rooms are nice and spacious however, lacked storage. The bathtub didn’t fill because the fill stopper wasn’t working so no baths for the kids. Just showering. Housekeeping ladies were all lovely and cleaned and tidied very meticulously. Would have liked to give 4 stars but we were very disappointed with the attitude of the front desk staff on multiple occasions.

My stays at the Holiday inn are fantastic ! The cleanliness and attention this place provides is perfect. The front desk is my favorite part of my stay all agents are so friendly and attentive. Aldina, Javi & Waris is always welcoming and service qualities is high standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel for comfortable and good stay in Westbury.

The room was very comfortable and is one of the few hotels that has the bed and pillow comfort awesome. Showers were clean and well stocked. Waiting area was nice. There is a resting attached to area and is close to walking distance to shopping. Overall decent stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We originally had prepaid a 2 nite stay 6 months in advance when our air carrier changed out flights and we had to extend our stay for 1 additional night. The charge for original 2 night stay was almost $500. For the additional night, the charge would be $450. PLUS, they had to "adjust" my original rate to be in line with 2022 rates, not 2021 - as that was when I prepaid. So now my stay went from $471 to over $900, by only adding 1 add'l night. We tried to work w/the hotel staff as well as an account specialist to try and reach an amicable solution, 4 hours and 8 reps later....and all they did was offer me add'l points to my account, which I could NOT use on the extra nights stay. The purpose of the visit is to attend my son's graduation from a military academy in the area. We had chosen this hotel because of the positive visit we have previously had. BUT NO MORE. Since this debacle has left me angered and with a sour taste in my mouth, we modified our 3rd nights reservation and will be staying elsewhere...at a hotel MUCH friendlier. The kicker is that when I went to cancel the reservation for the extra night, IHG stated there will be a $50 charge because of the difference in price. I also filed a complaint through their online system referencing a CASE # that I was given (7 days prior at the time of this writing) and to date, I have not received a response from IHG. I can't begin to tell you the level of dissatisfaction and tremendous lack of customer service this experience has provided.
