Mice Mice Mice !!! No parking spots ever ,weed smell constantly!!! Then they paint everyone’s doors a disgusting brown with black trim ... Are you kidding me !!! I have had rusty water aka hard water for three years .I have complained numerous times and no one gives a sh_.... I had to put my own filter on the shower head .Ohhhhh and the rent goes up 150 dollars every year...All sorts of bugs …

Living here going on 3 month Leila who work in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable and explain everything I need it to know when getting the apartment also maintenance men did a great job clean the snow from the streets to the sidewalk

Just moved in to the complex a month ago and love it so far, apartment is very nice and you can tell it was recently renovated, appliances are amazing. Maintenance team is very good and fast with any possible help you need, they also did a great job with the snow removal last storm. Lease agent Leila is great and very helpful .

Our experience here continues to get worse. Moved in at the start of the pandemic, and it’s been downhill since then. Our laundry room has been closed for almost 7 months, we waited 2 months for our mailbox keys, 4 months to get screens for our living room windows and almost 6 months to get a working AC unit for our living room after multiple tickets, emails and complaints. Almost always our emails go unanswered. Our neighbors are loud, and the walls are very very thin. While the unit has been upgraded with new appliances it doesn’t make up for the many issues we’ve had. For the price we pay to live here, the lack of amenities and the constant problems this has been a nonstop fight to get a sustainable living situation. On top of it all, we lost power due to a storm and have now been without it for over 2 days, and we also have no hot water. I’ve lived in other eagle rock buildings before and have never experienced such horrible customer service from management. We can’t wait to be out of this place.
