Very nice place. Lots of free camping spots. And the place is full of little ponds to fish. And not to far is the Missouri River as well as several other rivers to fish. Hermann Missouri is close by and is full of fantastic shops and wineries.

MDC should repair/restore the hiking trails for this conservation area. Also, bring water and mosquito repellent.

I went out there to hunt. They have very nice trails and beautiful views but unfortunately i never saw what I wanted to shoot. Be careful in the summer though lots of chiggers last year

I did research here for years. Great place for hiking, picnicking, and primitive camping. Lots of great natural areas with abundant wildlife, particularly frogs, salamanders, deer and turkey. Watch out for the seed ticks in summer and fall.

Yes you can but all dogs need name phone number and conservation number on collars not to many rabbits that I've seen because of bobcats
