TONS of trails you can take! Lots of cool obstacles for biking. Great for walking too! My dog absolutely loved it. The parking lot is large too, so plenty of space. There a few cool structures like an abandoned silo and building. Small streams that snake across the path occasionally.

Just north of Springfield, MO, this hidden gem is an excellent place for mountain biking and anyone that wants to explore or go on a hike. I can't believe I haven't made it here before now. Its a great place to get away for a few hours or an entire day. Open around 8am I highly recommend taking a hike or ride around opening and spending a few hours to check out the local wild life and go for enough in to get away from the worries of the world. See if you can find the mountain bike center of it all, very cool little spot inside the trails.

A good trail system for mountain bikes. I mean mountain bikes too, might puncture a tire. Take your time and enjoy the path. Lots of rock to negotiate on the path. A real variety of paths you ride on with the blue loop. Took my 11 year old boy on it for his first ride. It was challenging but manageable for his skill level for 4 miles on the blue loop.

Frisco High Line railroad trail is 30+ miles, NW Springfield to Bolivar. About 7 miles paved.

Are there any jumps here? Have a subrosa crusier no shocks or fatty tires... will my bike make it on these trails.

No jumps. Some roots and rocks. It will be a rough ride on a cruiser. You might try the Frisco Highline Trail.
