Comsource Management are incompetent, unresponsive, and disjointed. It is almost 2yrs to get the root of a dead tree remove( and I am still waiting). They refuse to answer questions and lie about the issue getting the attention it should. They are quick to contact you regarding fees but refused do their job. DO NOT hire them to manage your building/housing complex if you value your property and money! I was hoping to give a ¼ star! JERKS!

These people only want to pass the buck to everyone one else. Trash on islands and un mowed lawns. Our neighborhood is going down the drain, only to be told by the people we pay, tell us it's someone else's problem.

Dealing with HOA is terrible. Renters can't receive parking passes, but instead they mail them to the owner and we STILL WAITING FOR THEM. They expire every quarter and every quarter we have to hunt someone down to get our passes. If it was up to me, I wouldn't rent any property at Boniwood Community...

The receptionist/operator is rude with no sense of customer service. The company should consider an automated phone service.
