Around around 8 PM tonight a rude worker by the name Fern, (red hair) with a horribl attitude assisted me with my order…I came inside the store and ordered some drinks and i had a question about my order she made and she was brushing me off like she didn’t care, (customer service clearly sucks) her answer was with an attitude and disrespect… I will never go back to this Starbucks again

Everything was great. Just wish the lines can go a little faster. I literally waited almost an hour just for a a drink. Seems like some staff are great at what they do but there are some who seem like they weren't given enough training. Please consider extra help for the ones who are training.

Drive thru is always a long wait here. This morning I went inside and the wait was even longer. When I spoke up about my order, one of the employees told me mobile orders are more important. Wow I've worked in fast food/restaurants, we make the orders in the order they come in. No wonder drive thru and walk in orders take so long they prioritize online orders. Never coming here again. Also I asked for a little extra cream and they put more cream than the coffee itself

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. Evelyn hesitated to help me in store, having conversations with coworkers and asked my order 3 times. I had told her light ice. Wasn’t even written on my order, basically got a whole cup of ice with my Venti drink. Calling the manager tmw, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.
