Never like writing a negative review but this is not a small business so I feel fine writing this. Had to run some errands on Marco and thought I’d stop at this DMV. I can confidently say I will never be going back. Staff are just rude, no other way to put it. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to the Naples DMV!

Still rockin the Free world

Have been using this office since 1997. Everyone’s always so pleasant, patient and helpful. I have noticed that staff maintains a positive attitude even when some angry old person gets rude because their paperwork isn’t what it should be. Not the staff’s fault. I appreciate their great customer service.

This "DMV" or whatever they call themselves is an absolute joke. The employees are rude and inconsiderate, especially that woman named Dale. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with her... DON'T! RUN! Dale is a piece of work. Wait to see someone else or better yet go to another DMV. Dale will do anything but her job. I will warn you she gets aggressive, so watch out for any insults coming your way. Went to the Naples DMV and they took care of me using the SAME paperwork!!! The Naples location is much more friendly and willing to help. Their staff are great.
