Food was great had it for takeout. One thing I did notice is how bad one of the employee is with a new customer I called to make a order she knew I was struggling with the menu she didn’t bother to help out when I was confuse, when I went to pickup my order she made me pay and she walk away in the middle of me putting my card didn’t say anything to make my experience any good, not a hello or welcome or a smile wish got my tip back from a call order.

Italian Deli and Market has some of the best pizza, pasta dinners and sandwiches I've had in a very long time! This was our first time there and we put this place on our "Favorite" list! We can't wait to to come back again!!

Horrible customer service and humane treatment. I'm on vacation for the first time on Marco Island. Ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and suddenly they change the order for a pick up order.I called them to explained that I was here on vacation and I was in my way and the answer was: your order is ready we close in 10 min. I told them I'm 7 minutes away, please, if I'm a couple of minutes late, please wait for me I’m with my kids in the car. the answer was the same, in 10 minutes we closed the door. People like that don't deserve anything. No one should support such a business. I was embarrassed. I can not believe that we have reached these levels of treatment , what a disappointment . I thought business here was different. they should feel ashamed..
