This location is always great but this time... There seems to be no sense of urgency with the girl at the counter. I honestly have never seen anyone move so slowly. And outright ignore someone asking for a refill. Poor guy waited patiently. But I had to tell her to refill his drink before she took my order. I dont know if it's lack of confidence or training, but she needs some more support.

Waited 30min in the drive thru to place my order. When I payed I had to ask for my change back. Then they messed up both of the burgers leaving off what I wanted, and putting what I didn't want on, and gave me cold fries. (I live 3min away and will never go back).

Ordered on the app, got to the speaker and was left on silent for about 15 minutes. I canceled my order after 2 other cars left from behind me. I've been here before and it wasn't much better. I won't bother with this location again.
