Living here was fine except when you go to leave. I bought out my lease and then after it was bought out I kept getting an email that said I owed them more money.. well the issues that you said were damaged were suppose to be in the buy out fee. Not to mention each time they kept sending me resived email for monies then the initial email. Now I'm dealing with illegal debt and dealing with lawyers. If you chose to live here make sure you have you T crossed and I dotted and punctuation correct. If you get my analogy

My brother God Bless his heart who just lost his wife who was renting an apartment at Abbots Creek and he was not on the lease. He is just trying to get her content removed is dealing with Valerie the property manager who knows the whole situation, says we needed to go get the correct documents for Forsyth County to remove the contents. We went and was informed because she had very little assets that the common form was not needed, that the only for we needed was an Application and Assignment Years Allowance form. He filled it out at the Office, took his oath and it signed and sealed. The gentleman at the office told us they probably are not familiar with the form but it is legal and exactly what he needed. The property Manager Valerie is not familiar with this form and needed to check with legal counsel. Ok, they did and for some reason the legal counsel is not familiar with form either. Which is shocking cause you can google the form and read the information on it. So here he is with a death certificate, copy of funeral home bill, marriage certificate, and this legal form from the county and they are showing no sympathy. They say they are just protecting themselves. Not sure from what. Things in the apartment are of very little value. This place looks nice in the office and accommodating but, in the end from my short experience. I would never rent from a place of business that is so impersonal. I called the direct Supervisor Royce Holly and he was just as stubborn and refused to simply give the legal counsel they spoke to number for us to get clarification as to why this document does not work when the office that issues this forms is the one that says this is the correct form. The man hang up on me when I kept requesting the phone number of someone to talk to. Do yourself a favor. Rent somewhere else.

After living here for nearly 5 years all I can say is we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! It's a quiet, safe, and well maintained area. The people in the leasing office are really nice, but the maintenance department is where this place really shines! Especially their employee Mike, him & the entire department were always prompt & super nice. We will truly miss living here & we have been spoiled by this apartment complex. Would definitely recommend! ❤

At the beginning I enjoyed living in these apartments - maintenance staff is wonderful and quick. The office staff on the other hand will do nothing to help you out. I knew multiple people that lived in these units that were screwed when it came time to move out - including myself. One was over charged without notice, one was told they didn't receive his 60-day notice and would have to pay an extra 2 months rent when he went to turn in his keys and move out, and another received warnings he would be sent to court for not paying his full rent when in fact he only owed a pro-rated amount that the office staff had messed up in the system. Basically, the apartments themselves are okay, but if you have any intentions of living here keep everything in writing and read your lease to a tee. There is no such thing as just doing the right thing - only doing what will make them an extra dollar.
