First of all, this place doesn't even deserve a 1. The customer service that's given by the receptionist Pamela Hill is absolutely horrible and the worse. Never have I disrespected or talked down upon this lady. I've always gave her respect. I simply asked her why she based pro rated rent off of 30 days in a month that contains 31 days? Instead of properly explaining policy and procedure she proceeds to tell me that in her 26 years of working there she has always based prorated rent on 30 days. If I have a problem with it I can come get my security deposit and move somewhere else. This is absolutely and completely unacceptable to say to a new tenant. Never will I live in a community where I feel I'm just being tolerated. I was insulted and wouldn't dare invest my money into this company to live. I'm definitely requesting my deposit back and I'm moving elsewhere. Do not waste your time with Grosvenor Square, especially if Pamela is still there because she is prejudice and she does discriminate against people of color and I say that with conviction because she just did it to me.

One star is too much. Pam in the office is very unprofessional, to say the least. Her mom, who is rude and disrespectful, runs the office while she is out of town on frequent vacations. Not that Pam is in the office much anyway. She comes in late, takes three hour lunch breaks, and is gone by 5. They are both extremely prejudice also. She puts notes on a select group of people's doors constantly while ignoring the fact that some people consistently violate the lease agreement because she likes them. You have the crack head drug dealer, the two entire families living in one 2 bedroom apartment, the weird guy that runs a loud table saw in front of his apartment while blasting his music day in and day out, and all the kids running around unsupervised, breaking things in the complex, and damaging peoples cars. This place is under extremely poor management and substandard maintenance. The maintenance man is just someone that lives here that gets a discount on his rent but doesn't appear to have had any prior experience in anything maintenance. My shower hasn't worked properly since I moved in even though I've had him here three times to fix it. My kitchens floor sounds like it might just fall through at any given moment. Pam used to live here, she had two apartments made into one (for free), even she moved out. That says it all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your peace of mind and spend the extra few dollars on the place you really want. This is a true example of "you get what you pay for"... it's not worth it. Consider yourself warned. However, if this place was under better management it could actually be a descent place to live.

I put in a app at this place and this lady said we needed 250 for the deposit and then just the 35 for the app fee. My fiancee calls nack a few days later and she yells at him telling him he needed the 250 plus first and last months rent. I have never heard of any renter asking for a deposit and first and last months rent up front. This lady is crazy plus rude! They won't have my business.

We anticipate an opening date within the next couple of weeks. Still need to install the keypad lock to allow residents to have their own personal key code. Thank you for your patience. It'll be worth it!
