Our experience with the facility has been excellent. Our uncle came from a horrible place before we found FutureCare. We are there everyday and see only kind and loving people. I am impressed with every staff member we have come into contact with. Thank you for caring. It shows everyday.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but I have to give a star in order to make this post. PLEASE !! I beg of you, DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY. My father was a patient at this location for a month and some change and the experience was a complete headache. I watched multiple nurses just BARGE in my dads room (no courtesy knock) without putting hand sanitizer on. They would just come in, do what they needed to do, and leave. They did not explain what they were doing before doing so, which in my opinion is a total lack of compassion, respect, and patience for the patients at this facility. My father's toilet was also blocked for 2 days and it took me his daughter (a visitor) to get them to actually do something about it, even though it was told to the staff that the toilet was blocked. My dad also had to wait an hour MINIMUM for water or any type of assistance. My dad just had a hip replacement and needed help standing but the nurses took their precious time getting to him. His hip ended up coming out of place as he was waiting and the nurse responded AFTER 45 MINUTES of my dad and his roommate yelling "Help" saying to him "It's only one of me, I'll get to you when I get to you" and left back out. My dad is also a diabetic and his sugar went low one night to the point of him almost blacking out. He called down to the nurse station for help, do you think they came?? NO! It took his neighbor across the hall to get the nurse attention in order to attend to my dad. This is just HALF of what we experienced at this facility and he was only there for a month!! I definitely DO NOT recommend this facility. It will be a headache for both you and your family member.

I would only recommend this place if you are taking care of someone you hate, even then I wouldn’t recommend it. My mother was consistently neglected for 3 days straight I don’t even want to speak on what happened after that.
