I only gave one star, because I had to. Today I went in to get a rear wiper blade for my jeep. I thought that the store associates put them on for customers. Well, not Today. I stood in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to figure it out, watching YouTube videos etc. Also, I was parked right in front of the doors, 2 employees walked right past me struggling. Luckily a gentleman was coming in the store and stopped to offer help. It took about 10 minutes or more and we finally got it on. I will NEVER go to another NAPA. Going to switch to Advance Auto, or Auto zone. 😒 VERY dissatisfied with customer service
