Every time I go to AutoZone, especially this location it's a headache from the unprofessionalism to the lack of not only parts knowledge but the lack of job tasking. This is the third time I have been told that the "system" was down 30 minutes before closing. Even though I ask if they were closed and the woman told me that they were and she was answering the phone after hours. Wth is that!? Between AutoZone, O'Reilly's and advanced I would rather got to Napa and pay the higher prices for the genuine customer service then even deal with individuals like that woman. Do better AutoZone!

Would give zero stars if I could!! Terrible customer service. Only one employee was actually working and helped me out. The other employees just cussed and argued at each other and didn't acknowledge the fact that I was there. When they finally noticed me they just looked at me and walked off. Props to the one guy who actually helped me! Needs a raise being the only one actually doing work.
