I am here right now. They are treating me in a small office room. I'm all my visits in an ER I have never been treated in an office room. RUN DO NOT come here. I would have given them a negative 25 if I could have They can not give me a bed. Too full. It's funny that everyone else here has a bed. Gretchen, the nurse practitioner is refusing to let me wait for a bed and doctor. She also told me my Medicare insurance should give them money. OK Gretchen. I'll get right on that I don't understand the connection between their ER and Medicare donating to their ER. The doctor In the same emergency room last week treated me. He told me to come back if I still felt badly. I did and Gretchen would not talk one second about how he treated me. She told me to put a compress on it and go home I have excellent insurance and they should not have to pay for visits like this. Gretchen thought she knew better than the doctor who treated me there last week. DO NOT allow her to treat you. Now I'm leaving after 2 hours with no treatment whatsoever. I am sorry the doctor who treated me last week wasn't there. Including his PA who was also great. I have never ever written a bad review for anyone until now. I hope they all read my review and other ones also. Maybe they can learn lessons on how to run an ER. RUN!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst medical facility in the state, if not the planet. The doctors, nurses and technicians are indifferent and unresponsive. The X-ray tech was mocking and cruel. I was in extreme agony and nobody even acknowledged my presence for over an hour. I had a significant leg injury with the possibility of compartment syndrome. When I finally got seen, the doctor discounted my symptoms, in effect, telling me that I was a wimp for screaming in pain. No empathy. No action. Finally, a nurse figured what was happening and I was flown to shock trauma, which is five stars, btw. Queenstown should be avoided at all cost. Absolutely the worst medical “care” I’ve ever had. Care is in parentheses because they don’t care.

This place is a joke , I sat for 4 hours as my son who was burning up with a fever of 103.2 laid in the waiting room while people with far less issue , ie a rash on their leg or an infected knee passed right on by our place. If they go by the severity of the case , I’d love to know who decides this. Not a good look for the Eastern Shore

Great experiences with 2 family members and of my own. Stellar front staff at check-in, efficient and compassionate. Nurses are amazing and deserve daily accolades. They come up quickly to get us, letting a parent stay with a child, but otherwise no visitors during COVID. They had a fine touch for venipuncture and when connecting telemetry for vitals. Two of us had XTs that were quick and gave the doctor much needed info. Doctors and PAs were good diagnosticians, with treatments, and referral as needed. They setup transport to a hospital for me seamlessly. I felt cared for, seen, heard, and well attended here.
