Do not recommend living here. We lived at West Creek for 4 years and suddenly received a non renewal letter which came as a surprise to us both (rent was always paid, we are a quiet family who didn’t bother anyone). We were left scrambling to find a place to live with a 2 year old (in this crazy housing market might I add). What kind of horrible people do this? The office AND Pettinaro refused to answer the phones to talk to us about the situation. I’m going to assume because they knew what they were doing was not right or justified. This place is run down and not well kept. While moving our heavy furniture out, we found mold in multiple spots of the apartment. Mold was always an issue in the kitchen as well. West creek/Pettinaro should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat tenants and how poorly they maintain the apartment complex.

They are scammers don't move in. Unfortunately i have to relocate for work out of state so I can't move in.Was told one thing by a former employee that if you don't move in your holding fee will be reimburse to you. Inwhich that was a flat out lie. Upon calling i was told i should have gotten everything in writing which blames myself. Instead of training staff to give out correct information and not false advertisements. Applied in April moving date was for August so now you the new tenants paid a holding fee as well as they kept mines. Smh it's already hard out here for individuals trying to live. Companies like this never get far

Amount of space in apartment was good for the price, but the maintenance team is severely understaffed and the property management is not willing to spend the money to fix the problems. Leak in ceiling was never actually repaired. Ceiling dripped on our TV, was "fixed", dripped on me while I was sleeping eight months later in a different spot, was "fixed", and now, for the third time, it's wet again again above our TV. Be ready to play apartment roulette and hope you move into a unit without problems because they don't have the bandwidth to fix serious issues.
