We are about to renew for another Year! , Maintenance here is great Office is great , Only Reason I am giving a 3 star is , Several calls to fix the ac waiting weeks for part that still hasn't come in yet , Had to buy a portable AC unit to off set the temp as the unit is barely Blowing , it is however cool just the blower is on its way out, Staff is polite and maintenance comes quickly, one last down side is living next to the Playground the Swings could definitely be greased/ oiled , they squeak at all hours which can be annoying , Besides that great Place and nice common areas

I lived at Pine Valley from 2020 to 2021 and would recommend it. I appreciated the two car garage and there was ample lawn for walking my dogs. The process of moving in and out was straightforward, and the two times I had a maintenance request they responded quickly and solved the problem. Very nice view from my window.

I like how everybody is friendly around in the neighborhood I just think it’s kinda rediculous to be charging 1290$ for a one bedroom apartment that already had scuffs and Knicks in the wall other than that it’s okay just not a 5 star from me
