The rental units are nice, has short term rentals and convenient location but if you need any repair forget about it. They will not do it in a timely manner. We moved in here in June 4th and item needed to be fixed hasn’t been done as of today. The closet door was loose and it has fallen down now. The bathtub shower knob comes off it hasn’t been taken care yet. The fridge light is not working complaints week ago no action. To top all of it our cloth washer has broken down in the middle of wash last Friday , we called the emergency number they gave a ticket number, I went to the rental office on Saturday talked to a representative and she said will send somebody soon, went to the office and talked to a gentleman who promised to take of it soon. Monday called and talked to Deanna she said it is not an emergency for them and will take care of it as they get time. Meanwhile it has been 4 days where I can’t wash cloth, the washer is filled with water since it is not drained. Now we are stuck because our lease is for a year and they have two months rent as deposit. If we break the lease we lose some 3600 dollars which is not a small amount for a retire. So please make sure you put a clause that if essential repairs are not done immediately lease would be broken and the management should return the deposit fully before you sign the lease 2 days after I wrote the review, Jim came over and fixed all problems. He was nice, and knew the job finished in about 15 to 20minutes. He said they are short of staff that is why it took so long. Thanks

Everyone is very nice and helpful so far and we have not had major problems with getting issues fixed or worked out. It has been a pleasant experience so far.
