If I could give this practice a zero, I would. The folks answering the phones are dismissive and rude every time I've called. The doctor I've been seeing at this practice doesn't seem to know what they're doing and refuses to help me, despite having an endoscopy that had results that seemed concerning. The first appointment I had seemed great and they seemed very attentive and caring. Complete 180 the rest of the interactions I've had. I have heard other people having the same experience. It has been like pulling teeth just to get my previously prescribed prescriptions, ones that I struggle without. Would not recommend!

So frustrated! Been waiting for the office to call me back to schedule a colonoscopy for nearly six weeks. I have called three times!! I would go elsewhere, but I really like the Dr.

Aside from the not pleasant colonoscopy prep, this was a great experience. If you're not used to that in a medical practice then come here. Thanks to the pleasant staff that booked my appointments as a new patient to the anesthesiologist and all the kind and patient nurses who went out of their way to make me comfortable. For example, I was given a warm blanket in the pre-op room, with a sheet on top to keep the heat in. Who does that? Another, one of the nurses walked me out to the car. It was awesome. The good Dr Diane Whitehead was present, listened to my concerns and provided every confidence for my procedure. She has a warm and bright welcoming character. I was provided with an in-depth hard copy of my results along with camera visuals which I won't share here. You're welcome. Should no other hospital steal her, I hope she is still there in ten years.

Wonderful group of healthcare providers. I received expert patient and professional service from Nataya who went out of her way to help me with a clerical problem dating back to my last provider. She never gave up and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She really cares!
