We have been very happy with the services from Right At Home! We first met with LaNette and then RN Amanda and were very impressed. I have spoken often with scheduling coordinators Ashley, Stacy and Peaches and they have been amazing and accommodating. In my opinion, the agency also does an excellent job of screening the CNA caregivers. We have caregivers from 8am-12pm and 5pm-7pm, 7 days/week and they agency has worked hard to limit the number of different CNAs coming to assist my mother. We have been extremely impressed with each and every one the agency sent. The agency has an excellent App called Family Room where we can access their scheduling calendar, make comments, view the CNA notes etc.
