I am not sure I’ve ever been so angry at a hotel. I booked a reservation online. Upon arriving I was told I needed a 150 dollar CASH deposit because I lived less than 50 miles away. The woman at the desk was short and unhelpful. 10 o’clock at night, prepaid and tired of driving I don’t appreciate being treated like a local meth head. Considering this policy I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Very nice. Recently renovated so room was in great shape. Front desk staff was extremely helpful throughout stay, no issues. Beds sleep well, all appliances were in working order. Would definitely book here again.

Positive: We got steqnded and snowed in and hadda stay 2 extra nights.. there's HBO and wifi.. a BP and grille and bar beside us.. that was the best part Negative: Do not use the towels if u use em qnd get em dirty will make you pay for them.. I used one to wipe my hand we eat pizza had no napkins hadda pay $4 for it then a snow storm & our wood floors were wet so used one to dry floors so wood wldnt ruin cost me $5

I agree with my husband Richard Hernandez if you want a nice quiet place to stay that’s family,friendly excepts certified service animals then this is the place! Very hot showers,comfortable beds nice TVs microwave,refrigerator in all rooms! Management and staff are excellent and very helpful! I highly recommend this place!
