I have been living here since 2018 and it has been the best place to live. Management is very nice and understanding, if something goes out maintenance is there to make sure everything is up and running. The complex is very quiet leaving you time to relax.

About to move out after a year of renting here. This place is an absolute gem. The apartments aren’t nice and new and the surrounding area isn’t the best part of town, BUT this is about as cheap as you can go in the High Desert without getting into income restricted housing, and for what you pay for, it’s a fantastic deal. This is mostly due to the fantastic management! Cynthia and Nancy are always responsive, helpful, and kind, the apartments are clean, well laid out, and I always felt safe inside the complex! Maintenance is quick and responsive and even the neighbors ranged from “don’t bother me” to “very friendly” which is about as good as you can ask for! Would definitely recommend!

We recently moved from here. We lived here about two anf a half years. I just wanted to stop by and say we were very happy here. It was quiet, safe. We loved the access to shopping and fwy. A lot of commuters live here. Thr grounds were beautifully maintained. Our dog loved her walks! Nancy and Cynthia ran the office very professionally. And Rick and Mike were the best maintenance men! If my job didn't relocate me we would still be there.
