Called this company to service my air conditioner, they sent Mr. Tony out. Mr. Tony came right away. He looked at the air conditioner and determined that the blower motor was out. At the time of the diagnosis I asked for an estimate. This was back in August. I still don’t have that estimate, a receipt or diagnosis in writing. Mr. Tony got on the phone with my home warranty company at the time of the visit and told my home warranty company what the problem was. In order for me to put a claim in with my home warranty company, I need the written diagnosis and estimate from DG Meyer. On the date of the visit Tony was not able to provide me anything more than a verbal estimate of $400 to $1400 for the repair. He said he would have to go back to the office, look up the part and they would provide what I needed next week. The following week I called them and asked for the receipt, estimate and written diagnosis. They said they would send it but never did. Couple more weeks go by I call again and ask for the receipt, estimate and written diagnosis. Still nothing. Called a third time about 2-3 weeks ago and spoke with Shelley. She apologized that I was not provided this information but she would get it out to me once she discusses with Tony. No one calls me back. No emails. I call today, my 4th call. I am frustrated. I speak with Shelley and she has no recollection of our call or my issues so I am obviously frustrated at this point. I know I had an elevated voice and I was talking in a curt manner but I felt agitated at this point. Shelley told me not to speak with her that way so I lowered my voice. I continued to talk but then she would talk over me and not allow me to speak so I would raise my voice again trying to talk over her. She then hung up on me. I called back and stated my case again and asked to speak with Chris Meyer. Instead of Chris Meyer, calling me back to hear my side of the story. Chris Meyer told Shelly that they were going to place me on a do not service list and at this point they are refusing to provide me with a receipt, a written diagnosis and an estimate. If DG Meyer would have provided me with the estimate the receipt and the written diagnosis as they promised on several other occasions, I would not be writing this review. I also would have never had the first interaction with Shelley nor this one. I am being banned because I reacted to a situation where I was not being provided with services that I paid for. Had Shelly done her job right the first time I never would’ve had this second interaction with her. And if DG Meyer is going to 100% believe their employees they need to get a phone recording system set up so that they can hear exactly how their employees act. And I’m quite frankly completely fine with being banned, because there are way too many air-conditioning companies out there that are willing to take my money who will do what they say they’re gonna do and who will provide me with what they say they’re gonna provide me with.

We have a restaurant that needed a hood repair - we called weekly for 3 weeks, they said they were waiting on quote. This is after he tried to tell us nothing was wrong with our hoods. Then when smoke filled the kitchen, he changed his mind and looked at if. We waited, called, waited, then after 3 weeks they stated they could not work on our hood because they did not think it was legal, even though we have all the paperwork to prove it. Apparently this company decides after weeks which jobs they want to take - if its too hard they make up excuses!
