They’ve raised the rent on me since I’ve moved in if you like. A closet as a kitchen one window & a useless balcony move in here , also it feels like a jail cell how dark it is

New management blaming all issues on only having one maintenance staff for multiple properties. That is a management issue. Would not recommend moving here until they hire adequate staff to support maintenance and keeping the grounds and pool clean.

Prompt and courteous Graymere Staff. Remodeling for the pool, gym, event center ( cameras and update for security with the new lights are rated A+…. The Community Events are definitely fun, free, great conversations and music. Graymere Rocks !

Not sure I think it's a year at a time
Hi Ronald; There are some restrictions on certain breeds such as pit bulls, dobermans, etc., however, if the breed has been through a "good behavior" training program, they may be accepted into our community. A security deposit depends on your background check! If it is clear, it is either $100 nonrefundable, or $300 refunded at the end of your lease! If it comes back with conditions, it is either $300 nonrefundable, or $700 with $500 refunded at the end of your lease. Hope this has helped!
