Super clean rooms. I wasn't sure what we had to cook with or store food in, so I only took this 1 photo : / Tiny! Tight! But all you really need .. full bed, nice chair, microwave, little fridge with a freezer. TV with different apps. Ironing board, dining table with 2 chairs, counter space with drawer storage, sink & a mirror.

My experience was with there basic leadership camp and it was bad. The instructor’s don’t listen. The cadres and Cadet’s spread lies like crazy. There’s big roach and spiders everywhere. They leave there cadets unattended.

Lodging is done through the welcome center
16 for FLYCA, 18 for the military. But never to old to put a belt on their butt! Try the belt first! After a few times, it'll work!
Yeah just for military and state vehicles
For camping, you will need a recommendation from someone who has retired from the military. That recommendation will give you the ability to use the camp grounds.
Heard it was closed but take a left at main gate go past fire depot then turn rt and it is a few buildings down on rt hand side
You will need to call them directly for that question
Yes but it is small. However, the NEX at NAS Jax is not too far away.

Camp Blanding is in starke, fl. So, from Ocala Florida it's about 1 hrs 39 minute drive. Now, it's closer to Gainesville, Fl only about 35 minute drive for reference.
I believe you'd have to be family to find that out and I'm not sure about the picture question it would probably depend on the location of the base, because most of the base is wildlife. I do know while on maneuvers there they should get R&R after a few weeks.
Do you know anyone in the Military?
Sorry, I stayed in JAX. Closest town is Starke. Maybe try there.
Florida Youth Challenge Academy
Post lodging is way better and cheaper than a motel
Florida Youth Challenge Academy
there is a convenience store like the gas stations and a restaurant
You have to call out there a lake and play ground there
I have only been to one of the spots at the lake and there was a sign saying no pets. Take it with a grain of salt
I agree Bobbie we don't get to pick the weather to burn and it needs to be done we have control fires in the forest and hiking can't go hiking 😕
I not sure I go and used the housing
small comissary
Who do you want to fax? There are many offices at Camp Blanding
you have to call visiter center I get on base by son in law
Youll have to call Rozar / Finagen lodge to see what is available.
Which kitchen? There are several on the post
Are you asking them to donate or are you trying to donate computers to Soldiers who are there for their Annual Training (2 weeks)?
I honestly do not believe so the base is used for training purposes only
No
No storage or camp sites on base but off base nir far there is check local phone book to find out for sure.
Being the lake is spring fed the temperature is closer to 70 plus all year round. The lake is open year round for fishing. You may want to check it out for swimming. As it may still be cooler.
Yrs the do in the Museum
World war 2.'covered one complete wall in what was called troope rec hall.1945.was called "From training to Victory". Thank you for response
Nasjax would probably be better suited to help you.
Last time I was out there the big ramp was closed but the little ramp was still open. Not sure if the big one is open now.
You can call camp Blanding directly and ask for the security office. They will be able to direct you from there.
If you're referring to the evacuation due to the hurricane that's happening now that would be Irma that would be that would be no as far as camping Landing sign but there are facilities in that area organizations that have set up Zachary shelters I would check the schools which are the elementary. schools and middle schools and high schools that are design and that are setup and correlation with the organizations that have set up these entities that will allow evacuees that are trying to seek shelter From The Hurricane that is fixing to hit the great state of Florida I hope this was helpful for what you were looking for,,,,,yiC
