My experience w. the place was not what I expected. Kathy, one of the leasing agents was very rude. I expressed my interest in the community, met all the requirements and applied. Unfortunately, I feel she made my process extremely difficult because she did not want me apart of the community. She abruptly and so rudely stopped responding to my emails. I was asked questions that no other luxury apartment has ever asked me I think she may have been a bit jealous of me and prejudice because of how successful I am to be so young. I have a college degree and I work for a worldwide organization. My employer verified and answered all the questions she asked and she still was not pleased w. the proof that I indeed can afford to live here or anywhere of my choosing. The upside of this experience is that I found somewhere much better to live and it's 1000 times better than this place and I didn't have to deal w. prejudice leasing agents. The lobby of the buildings are not pleasing at all and they're updating them (thank God) the gym is very small (has about 4 pieces of equipment) and the common area is the smallest I've seen. Before you waste your time and money w. this community please explore others because trust me this place isn't worth it.

This review is long overdue but I lived at Bristol Station for about 6 years and I LOVED LIVING THERE! Those were some of the best years of my life. The complex is gated, clean, friendly staff (Hi Laura!). I loved the pool area and ample parking. Any time I put in a service ticket (which was rare), it was addressed immediately. The entire property is very well kept and conveniently located up the block from the turnpike and around the corner from grocery stores and gas stations etc. Minutes from 2 big malls and there’s a pier blocks away where I frequently visited. I really have no complaints. Lovely place to live, wonderful staff, convenient location.

Horrible place to live. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Glad moved out. People who live here are rude, horrible, racist, foul mouth and disrespectful. Not a place for young family. You can't even vaccum your own apartment and get calls from management next day. Paper thin walls.

Nope, as far as I'm concerned
There is a credit check fee of $75.00 for the first applicant and $25.00 for additional applicants. Anyone over the age of 18 much complete an application and pay and application fee. We use a pre-determined, computerized scoring module that takes into account many faucets of an application including, but not limited to credit / income / landlord history / criminal history. Acceptance is not based solely on credit.
Water / Sewer / Trash are included in the rent.
Of course not, it all depends on what you know how to do 👌
Hello... Are you Hispanic?? What do you work on exactly? Do you live in this complex? I am moving there next week and am urgently looking for a job in the area... Any suggestions??
