Do not used this company. No one is available after they taken your money and you can't have a person tell you what is happening with the barrels you shipped.

Everyone, do yourselves a big favor and never ever use this company. I wish I had read the reviews of this company before deciding to use them. The person I spoke with was rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I called to arrange the pick up of my barrel and I was given a time frame between 3pm to 6pm and I told her I would have to call her back because I had to arrange for someone to be home for when they get there. I called back about 5 minutes later and no one answered the phone. I dialed the number a second time and it was busy, I tried the number again no less than 5 times and the phone rang out every time until I decided to call with a different number and on the first try the person answered. When she finally answered it seems she had me on speaker so I wasn't getting all of her responses, it was cutting out. When I was finally able to make arrange for them to pick up the barrel between a specific time frame, between 5:30 and 6pm, the day of the pick up the guys called around 1pm to say they were in the area to pick up the barrel, When we called them after we got home, no one answered the phone. It seems this company need to get their staff some customer service training, they do not know how to deal with customers. With regards to payment, they only take cash or Zelle, which company in the US only uses that type of payment? This is another red flag for me. I will not be using them again, not even for this shipment now.

It's been 2 months since I had my barrel picked up by Scotty Shipping and it has not reached its destination. These people are liars, dishonest and no longer will get my business. A barrel takes 12 days but they are owing the shipping company and so their shipments are sitting in a warehouse till they pay. Scotty shipping should stop lying and stop taking people's money. DO NOT SHIP WITH DEM TIEF.

Scottys shipping is one of the worst, in the world they are incompetent,they lie to customers,and when you try reaching them to clarify an issue they block you... i will be reporting them to the Bureau of standard..
I posted one box and barrel since 12/10/2017 I from Queens NY. I have received the barrel Alone, the agent in Trinidad 🇹🇹 Port of Spain said only 1 item they received, I took my receipt to them, so they call No Answer they emailed No answer, my cousin who lives there call countless times No answer she went place close, I called both # on my receipt Nothing. No one can get through to him. Invoice #66525 Never Ever to ship with this company Again.

They aren't. They're cheaper than other but trust me, pay more and go elsewhere for peace of mind and good service.
