Had to have housekeeping in due to dirty shower curtain and unidentified smears/stains on the headboards. Need to check rooms for cleanliness. 4th time staying here and had no issues in previous stays.

I would NOT recommend staying here, and I've stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years with positive experiences. The nextdoor occupants were noisy all night, and when filing a noise complaint with the front desk in the middle of the night, I was told that all they could do was to ask them to be quiet. Upon checkout, I was asked if it got better, and it only did for about a half hour. The staff member said that I was not the only one who complained and that all they could do was to ask them to be quiet, unless I wanted to call the police myself which I was not going to escalate to that level. Offered only a 20 percent off compensation. While the noise is not the hotel's fault, just a warning to not expect for it to get handled or be fully compensated for it.

03/06/22 Bed bugs in room 205. I tried to stay here last week but I couldn’t make it one full night at this hotel. I woke up to bed bug bites. I quickly packed my stuff and left. Update 3/10/22 I got phone call and email today from staff. Very friendly and apologetic about the situation. I really appreciated it. Upgraded review to 2 stars.

I love Hampton Inn. All hotels are foregoing cleaning rooms on a daily basis. So be understanding during Covid. Coffee is available 24/7. Breakfast is okay - better than most, but not a true server experience. No chocolate chip cookies during Covid. Darn!!
