Yes you can go between 9am-4pm door closes at 4:15. Be sure to bring your ID & a money order. 1 copy is $25 & 2 is $30. Or you can pay with your bank/debit card. As far as social security card, you have to request that from the SSA office at Hamilton Plaza hun. You don't have to pay for the SS card but it will take about 1-2wks to receive it so they'll give you a paper temporary with your SS # on it as proof

You can obtain a municipal ID at the Board of Health if you are 14 years of age or older and have been in the City of Paterson more then 15 continuous days. In addition you have to show proof of residency. Any other iadditional information will be requested at the time an appointment is made. You can also contact the Board of Health by phone. My husband lost all identification and is having a horrible time getting it again. It's been a year and we can't even get his social security card or his birth certificate still!!! We get everything they want and still get denied. It's a pain in the ass.

No we do not conduct that kind of test at the Paterson Division of Heath.
