Goodmorning this my first and last time visiting them they are terrible they have no idea what they doing both doctors and staff very unclean place they treat patient like dirt I am very disappointed I will never go back they are not professional . I can not believe how this clinic is still in business instead fixing people teeth they ruined them this is a shame

After booking my appointment the day before, I received confirmation for a 9:15 am time which is what I requested. Upon arrival the receptionist told me that my appointment wasn’t until 1:30 pm that day. She eventually booked me for a earlier time and told me to fill out some forms and have a seat. I was very patient and noticed that it was pretty busy so I didn’t mind waiting a little, even though my time on their end was not the time they emailed me and confirmed for. I waited for about 1 hour and a half and I finally was called to the back. When getting back there I was given an x-ray which is pretty normal if you haven’t been there for about 6 months to a year. The doctor comes in to check my mouth and tells me something I already knew. Which was that I had two cavity’s and was due for a cleaning. Keep in mind that when I requested my appointment and even when filling out the papers before being seen, I specifically wrote that my reason for the visit was for a cleaning and cavity fillings. After the doctor was finished I was told that I would have to schedule another appointment for the cleaning and for the fillings which is an entire 2 months away! Not only did I waste my time being there just to be told something I already knew but the professionalism was not up to par and I would not recommend it. The nurse or whatever you call the people in the dentist that sees you before the actually doctor was well manned and respectful but outside of my booth I can hear other workers talking using profanity while working and joking around as if we were outside hanging out. I normally don’t do these kind of reviews but this is not my first bad experience at this place. I genuinely would not recommend it for anyone especially not my child. (And for anyone wondering why go back if my experience before wasn’t good, it’s because I figured things would be different this time but actually turned out to be worse)

I have been going to the dentist since I was a child i am now 55 yrs old . This new staff really need help tomorrow will be my 5th visit yes 5 I want partials had a problem with my top one only one tooth is needed I was told the fee $1,000 yup what a joke never paid that much ever for one tooth. The manager stated I was here 16 yrs and wanted to say I was on my job for 22 years. back and forth up and down Pray to God tomorrow will be my last fitting. Try to go to the businesses that are a part of my community. u have a 9:00 am appointment not seen almost one hour later. I just want my bottom partials. will go on Washington street to pay $300 for my one tooth Broadway dentist must do better, have been going to the dentist since i was a child.quality service went down loved the old staff.

It wasn't bad at all but points taking away because the lady didn't clean my teeth good her equipment wasn't working good so she take along time to get started but everything else went well
