My AIG Direct experience in NY has been great. The entire underwriting period including the physical, was a very straightforward and streamlined process. The policy contract is easy to read, and their web interface is great. Highly reccomended.

This is the worst company I have ever spent my hard earned money on. Their record keeping is terrible. I bought 2 policy back in 1987. Ended up losing one in 2020 and the money put in due to the bad record keeping. I am in so deep with the other policy, that I am still paying, I can't see a way out. Take your money and throw it out the window. Someone may pick it up and give it back before your do any business with them.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR LIFE INS! Been with them over 10yrs, missed 1 payment dropped. Only debited my Account once. GARBAGE Customer Service.

Need to speak with an agent

I just found a check issued by The United States Life Insurance in the City of New York. It is dated 9/19. I know it is too late to cash this, but they can issue a new one. I cannot get in touch with them. Could anybody help me?

I've been calling about the same issue. You get someone on the line and then they just hang up on you. Worse company to deal with. I will keep calling and report to BBB
