Straight 5*****’s from me for Family RV! Dave, Valeria & the team are fantastic! We will certainly book again! We have rented a 25’ RV for a bigger trip of over a month. Its our 1st time ever in a camper and we booked from Europe, not knowing much about how it all works. Valeria has been very reactive and helpful during the whole booking process. Dave has been super quick & flexible in advising on technical challenges on the way or fixing smaller flaws that occurred. RVs are almost new and with a higher standard vs. many others we saw en route. Rates are fair too! Big thanks to the team!

If you are new to RV, don't come to Family RV! You will be on your own if something goes wrong. You will never reach out to nobody from Family RV after business hour with the emergency contact information they provide to you. You are told to be responsible for the RV if you break anything. However, you will never get the instant support/help from them if there is an emergency after business hour. Pray to God first and make sure everything is going to be fine before you decide to go Family RV. "Zero" customer service and support after business hour!!!! Zero! I am not kidding!!!!

I bought 4 Safari UT-1300 batteries from Family RV who Installed for me. I find 1 battery hot before leaving. Service manager told me I have to call Lion Energy for any problems. So bad service. I am very upset. ***Service manager agrees to have my two AGM batteries for service fee( about 1 year old 6V 100Ah value more $1000 for new). I found one battery hotter more than other 3 and also manager checked it is hot. He told me that his job was done. You have to call Lion Energy for any problems. He said he do not have time to call for me. Power was shot down before 4 am. I went to another RV dealer who said that "Had lithium batteries installed with his solar panels. It is not getting the proper charging to batteries. Need to check if cables are properly installed. This is truth.

Can’t say enough good about this place. Customer service is alive and well here unlike so many other places anymore. We were in California for a travel nursing assignment and dropped our rig off to Shane and his team. It was quite the hassle (manufacturer’s fault) to get all the parts in, but they kept us updated, and did a great job on the repairs. Great communication and everyone is so friendly! Family RV puts big dealers like Camping World/Lazy-days to shame. Wish I could deal with these guys anywhere in the country.

I was just there. I believe if you're buying a driveable RV u need a license. If you're getting a trailer u need license for the truck you're driving to tow it :) I think u can come by but without an appointment but might have to wait
Cal train can get you from SF to Morgan Hill and worst case an Uber ride shouldn't be too expensive or Family RV might do a pickup at the station in Morgan Hill.

There is a fee to tow and the towing item must be within the towing capacity, always check in with a rental agent before towing.
Since we are closed, we won't have a certified person here to fill propane. During the summer time, however, we will be back open on Sunday.
Yes, we offer delivery and pick up for travel trailers.
They are excellent. Masks are worn by all, sanitizer is available for staff and customers, social distancing is adhered to, and offices are very clean. I am very comfortable going there.
Rates can vary based on availability but can range from $1200 - $1600 for 4 weeks.
